Development Board Z8® kompatibel
1 x (2x 8-bit DAC) expansion module – coming soon. This module can be plugged onto the TB5 and will be available as a kit.
16 x TTL inputs – 2x 74LS244
16 x TTL outputs – 2x 74LS373 (1x 8 LEDs selectable via jumper)
8 x Analog inputs via A/D converter – ADC0808CCN (reference voltage generated on-board) ( refurbished Version )
1 x Emulation port for Z8® CCP™ emulator / Z86CCP00ZEM (can also be used for external expansions)
1 x Internal SPI bus, connection for F-RAM – FM25V02A-G or similar
1 x TFT display 128x128 via 8-bit parallel bus (level shifter 74ALVC164245DGG) (driver supports ROM starting at 0x1000 only)
1 x Backlight Control for TFT over Poti or PWM . Über Jumper !
1 x Mini-USB to RS232 – CH340X
1 x CPLD ATF1502AS-10JU44 (PLCC44) for address lines, chip select, nRW, nWR, and I/O (written in VHDL)
1 x SRAM 128KB x 8 (AS6C1008-55PCN)
1 x U2716 or U2732 (for internal ROM; A11 selectable via jumper for U2732)
1 x 27C64 to 27C512 (selectable via jumper).
EEPROM (e.g., AT28C256), SRAM (43256), or F-RAM can also be used (functioning as an EPROM simulator).
Software can be loaded into SRAM or F-RAM via a bootloader located in a 2KB or 4KB EPROM.
The software can then be executed. See Figure 3 for the TFT display output.
