Compatible with TTL, LS-TTL and CMOS.
Constant current set to 14mA. PIN3 (RV) not used
No resistors required for the 7-segment display, as each output (a ..g) has a constant current sink.
Hexadecimal display A to F.
Operating voltage: + 5V to + 5.25V.
